Job Description

1，负责支持区域客户解决客户的技术问题，支持区域业绩达成，支持销售机会；

2，负责为客户安排技术培训，技术赋能，产品演示等；

3，负责搜集客户反馈的问题和需求，并与总部相关同事沟通；

4，负责制作必要的技术文档，技术视频，技术手册等；

5，负责本地化服务中心建设，安排简单的维修培训，处理简单的设备故障问题；

6，负责协助客户经理拜访部分重要客户；

7，负责协助代理商和公司同事完成当地产品认证；

8，负责部门安排的其他工作相关的任务

Responsible for supporting regional customers in solving their technical problems, assisting in achieving regional performance targets, and supporting sales opportunities; Responsible for arranging technical training, technical empowerment, product demonstrations, etc. for customers; Responsible for collecting customer feedback on problems and needs, and communicating with relevant colleagues at the headquarters; Responsible for creating necessary technical documents, technical videos, technical manuals, etc.; Responsible for the construction of localized service centers, arranging simple maintenance training, and handling simple equipment failure issues; Responsible for assisting account managers in visiting some key customers; Responsible for assisting agents and company colleagues in completing local product certifications; Responsible for other work-related tasks assigned by the department.
