Our Client in Decorah, Iowa is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join their packaging department on a Full-Time Temporary basis. 

Job Title: Temporary Packaging Associate 

Location: Decorah, Ia

Pay Range: $18/hour

What’s the Job? Packaging Associate 

• Operate Packaging equipment efficiently and safely.
• Inspect and Package finished products according to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

 What’s Needed?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional Overtime as needed.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred but will train the right candidates.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
