Job Description

TIG Welder

We are seeking a skilled TIG welder with the ability to travel locally for equipment installation. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the use of CNC machinery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform TIG welding tasks as required.
  • Travel locally to install equipment.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints.
  • Operate CNC laser, plasma, burner, and burn table equipment effectively.

Essential skills include:

  • Proven experience in TIG welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience with CNC laser, plasma, burner, and burn table operations.

Additional skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in a machine shop environment is advantageous.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel locally for installations.

Job type and location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
