Walk Salt Crew / Landscape Technician – Columbus, OH
ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services is a regional leader with over 20 years in commercial landscaping. We are hiring for a Walk Salt Crew team member that will transition into a Landscape Technician in the Spring.
Pay & Incentives:
Base pay from $18.50/hr.
Snow premiums: +$2/hr. for shoveling PLUS 25% snow bonus paid @ the end of snow season
$500 sign-on bonus (paid in two installments)
Safety gear provided

What You'll Do:
Salt, and/or shovel snow
Maintain quality and safety in all work
Communicate with dispatch during weather events
Work on-call during winter storms (nights/weekends as needed)
What We're Looking For:
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Reliable work ethic and urgency
Strong communication
Detail oriented and adaptable
Spanish bilingual skills valued
