About The Role
As the Director, Growth Marketing, you will own goop's paid and performance marketing strategy with a focus on acquisition and retention. Reporting into the VP of Growth & Digital Marketing, you'll work closely with our in-house creative and brand teams as well as external partners to optimize paid campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and scale performance across channels. This role requires hands-on experience with paid social (Meta), affiliate, and SEM, paired with strong analytical rigor and an eye for brand nuance. You will not only manage campaign performance but also translate insights into creative briefs, content strategies, and retention initiatives that fuel sustainable growth for goop's beauty and fashion businesses.
