Job Summary
Divine Enterprises is looking for a in-bound/out-bound Dispatcher with experience in trucking industry, to book loads from load boards, dispatch drivers, update brokers/customers/shippers/receivers and create trucking routes to meet customer scheduling needs. Dispatcher will be responsible for using the latest in-routing software to establish daily trucking routes that make required stops outlined in customer contracts. Fluency in Russian is required due to frequent communication with Russian - speaking team members.
Qualifications/Skills:
2+ year of experience in trucking industry (required)
2+ year of experience in dispatching drivers and customer service (required)
Skilled in booking loads from the board according to the market price and company needs (required)
Team player with good sales skills
General knowledge of FMCSA Hours of Service (preferred)
Strong written and communication skills
Knowledge of TruckStop, DAT360 TMW, Truck Mate systems (preferred)
