The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including hotels, residential properties, and other facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Sanitize surfaces, including floors, countertops, and furniture, using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
• Manage laundry tasks including folding and organizing linens and towels.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain a pristine environment.
• Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisors.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel or residential cleaning standards is advantageous.
• Skills in floor care techniques and sanitation practices are highly valued.
• A background in customer service will enhance your ability to meet guest expectations effectively.
• Experience with laundry operations and basic cooking skills can be beneficial.
