This role is a remote, contract, oversight position, reviewing reports related to the processing team's work. The processing teams do ALL the heavy lifting - Researching, documenting, preparing, and delivering self-employment verifications - Ensuring compliance with federal IRS and NonQM lending regulations and guidelines. Your responsibilities are to address any tax questions they may have and deliver reports to the founders/owners on production data.
The expectations and benefits of these roles:
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required.
Independent CPA's (Non-Affiliated) preferred.
Experience in self-employed tax returns preferred.
Experience in business tax returns preferred.
