NY Events NY LLC is hiring reliable, polished and professional hospitality staff to support a high-end retail client event in Aspen, Colorado. The experience will be elegant, service-focused, and requires individuals who understand the nuances of luxury service and elevated client interaction.
Shifts & Roles:
️ Dates: Wednesday, July 24 & Thursday, July 25
⏰ Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
✨ Role Overview
Team members will provide tray-passed beverage and light food service during a boutique activation. All service will be conducted from designated back-of-house areas to ensure a discreet and seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
Check in upon arrival to receive service instructions from on-site leadership.
Set up a clean and organized back-of-house prep area using provided supplies and rentals.
Tray-pass beverages (champagne, water, juice) and light bites to guests.
Restock coolers or refrigerators with beverages as needed.
Keep guest areas tidy by bussing used items discreetly.
Take direction from store staff and follow all venue protocols.
Enter and exit through the designated employee access points.
Please Note
You will not assist with merchandise, purchases, or inventory.
Extended conversations with guests or retail staff are not permitted.
A bag and coat check may be required upon exiting the venue.
Dress Code & Grooming
All-black, professional attire: black dress pants, dress shoes, and belt.
No visible tattoos, piercings, excessive jewelry, or colored hair.
Hair must be neatly styled and secured if long.
No fragrances, chewing gum, or phones allowed while on duty.
