Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Weekends May Be Required
Certified Apartment Staffing is actively hiring experienced and reliable Maintenance Technicians in the Phoenix area. If you're hands-on, solution-focused, and ready to jump into apartment maintenance work with a trusted staffing partner, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Complete service requests (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, etc.)
Perform daily upkeep of apartment units and grounds
️ Turn units efficiently and prepare them for new residents
Respond to emergency maintenance calls (if applicable)
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
✔️ Experience in apartment or residential maintenance
✔️ Basic tools and ability to use them safely
✔️ Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
✔️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔️ Reliable transportation and punctuality
✔️ EPA or HVAC certification a plus (not required)
