Reliability Engineer

1st/$85k-$110k/Full-Time

Overview:

Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with a company that is a leader in producing sustainable Liner and Medium products for a wide range of packaging solutions. They operate three 100% recycled mills.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or technical field.
• Three (3) or more years’ experience in a related field.
• Excellent skills in written and oral communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think “outside the box”
• Functional use of Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.
• Highly organized and uses efficient work methods.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and continue to develop knowledge and skills.
• Must have strong coaching skills to teach preventative and predictive maintenance best practices, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilites:

• Supervision of the Reliability Group, Vibration Data Collection, Lubricators, and Oil Analysis Program
• Set up Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, build Bill of Materials (BOMs) and document data to optimize Equipment run time.
• Responsible for development, management, and results for the facility Reliability Program
• Eliminate production limiting failures from the manufacturing process.
• Champion PM/PdM activities Assist coordinating outside contractor services.
• Facilitate the RCFA process.
